A wealthy grandfather dies leaving a will stating that his entire fortune goes to his most successful married grandson. The grandmother insists in applying the exact terms of the will leading to a struggle between the cousins each to win the fortune. The first grandson, Hegazy, is a shepherd who made it through to be a member of the parliament and owns an investment company. The second grandson, Borhan, a writer, and represents the intellectual and educated side of the family and refuses to compete with his cousins over the fortune unlike his greedy wife who dreams of winning the fortune. The third grandson, Magdy, is a boxer and holds the national competition title. He decided to compete against the world champion in order to finally win the fortune. At the end they all discover that money, intellect and physical power are integrated powers that need to combine to make the real wealth.
