Our Return Policy:

Our main goal is to have our customers completely satisfied with their purchases, we bring the best quality of the products that we sell and a great customer service is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a damaged, defected or wrong item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a replacement. After the 14 days period there will be a 15% restocking fee.

In order to be eligible for a full refund, your returned merchandise must be in its original condition, as shipped with all packaging parts and manuals, any broken or scratched items do not qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  • Contact us by either e-mailing or calling our customer service number at 1-800-356-6874 to permit your return.
  • Once your return is permitted, you may send it to our return department (return address is printed on our return form).
  • Please click on the link below to download our return form, print, fill up, and include it within your return package or your return might take longer than usual to be processed.
  • A refund or replacement will be issued with in 3 – 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our department.

Warranty:

All of our products have 1-year limited warranty which it covers all technical damages within the product, any physical damages or broken parts will not be covered by the warranty.
