Cucumber and Yogurt Salad
Servings: 4 people (1/2 cup serving)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain low fat yogurt
- 2 cups cucumber (Mediterranean)
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons dried mint
- fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon peppe
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the cucumbers into small cubes
- Peel and crush the garlic
- Put the yogurt in a salad bowl and stir in the garlic, salt, mint and cucumber.
- Mix the salad
